Pattern Release — Marco And Polo

Need another layer to ward off the chill? — My new vest, Marco And Polo, has you covered!

Marco And Polo is a sleeveless vest worked from the top down. The Right Front is worked in a variegated yarn which is the perfect opportunity to show off a special skein of hand dyed yarn!

The unusual (yet easy to do) 2-color-construction combined with texture and I-Cord finishing make this vest a great wardrobe addition.

Sometimes I cannot resist and end up with a beautiful variegated or speckled skein. And this vest is my answer what to knit with it! The texture pattern works great with semisolid yarns and will keep you engaged while you knit the back. And yet it’s simple enough to add some pizzazz to the variegated yarn!
